APPROACH TO COACHING
Executive coaching is a powerful process that has one overarching goal: to enable individuals to leverage personal insights,
motivations and skills into greater productivity and more positive working relationships. Coaching provides a safe, confidential environment where coachees can explore, learn and engage in new ways of getting results, achieving hoped-for outcomes and the "escape velocity " they need to break unproductive habits and integrate new ways of working that honor both the individual and the organization. Who benefits most? THE COACHING PROCESS
A one-on-one coaching course begins with confidential 360-degree pre-coaching interviews, followed by an in-depth, two-day initial session. At the close of this session, coach and coachee together craft an agreement about how to proceed, including follow-up with the coach and key stakeholders at work. This start-to-finish approach relies on mutual investment in a full understanding of how growth is truly achieved.
